At Riley Waite Art, each painting is made with great care, time, and individual attention. Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of these original works, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rileywaiteart@gmail.com to explain the issue. In select cases, we may be able to offer a partial refund if the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will be issued only after the artwork is received and inspected.
